Do I have to manufacture with you to access your media services? More
No, you are not required to manufacture with us. However, our Premium Brand Storytelling package is exclusively available to clients who do, as it includes content that can only be created during the manufacturing process.
How can I remain updated with the progress of my project? More
If you have already used our formulation service, you can remain updated with the progress of your media project via the MOXO Supplement Factory project communications hub. If you have not used our formulation service, communication will take place via email.
How much does each service cost? More
The cost of our services varies based on the complexity of your project. After our initial call to discuss ideas and create a detailed brief, we’ll provide you with a quote for the price of your project.
Can alterations be made to the video after it is presented to me? More
After we’ve edited the content, we’ll schedule a call to review it together. If you have any revision requests, just let us know and we’ll be happy to make the changes. However, please note that only one round of revisions is included.
Can I purchase multiple packages at once? More
Yes, you can purchase as many of the packages as you wish. However, be aware that the more content you’re after, the longer the lead time will be.
