Greg is the architect of Supplement Factory’s technical and production excellence, having played a fundamental role in shaping the company into the world-class supplement manufacturer it is today. As Group Technical Director & Business Partner, he brings a wealth of pharmaceutical and supplement industry expertise, with a career spanning over 40 years.
In 2013, Greg built the original Supplement Factory production facility from the ground up, establishing the company’s manufacturing, technical, and quality systems. Over the years, he has developed and directed production, technical, and quality operations, setting the gold standard for efficiency, compliance, and innovation. His leadership ensured the company achieved BRC, NSF, and ISO 13485 accreditations, cementing its reputation as a manufacturer that operates to the highest international standards.
A Qualified Person (QP) for over three decades, Greg’s expertise spans both supplements and pharmaceuticals. Before joining Supplement Factory, he held senior manufacturing and quality roles for leading health and wellness brands, including Rescue Remedy, Teetha baby powder, and SpaTone, overseeing complex production processes and ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
Beyond his technical acumen, Greg has been instrumental in mentoring the next generation of industry leaders. He personally trained Sean from scratch, guiding him through the ranks to become Technical Manager and Business Partner. He also played a pivotal role in training Lee Smith, Supplement Factory’s CEO, on the technical intricacies of the industry—an influence that continues to shape the company’s commercial and innovation strategies today.
Now semi-retired, Greg remains an active shareholder and business partner in the Forza Group, providing strategic guidance and technical oversight as the company continues its expansion. His experience, foresight, and dedication to excellence in quality and compliance continue to influence Supplement Factory’s growth and success.
