Bill Selfe is a seasoned business leader, financial strategist, and global executive, serving as Group CFO & Business Partner at Supplement Factory. With a career spanning five decades across finance, manufacturing, and international business, Bill brings a wealth of experience that has shaped the company’s financial strategy, operational efficiency, and global expansion.

His professional journey has taken him across the world, having worked extensively in the USA, Poland, and Italy (even learning to speak the beautiful language). Bill has successfully navigated complex international business environments, bringing a global perspective to corporate finance and large-scale manufacturing.

Before becoming a finance and business expert, Bill’s career was anything but traditional—a VAT officer and lecturer in the then HM Customs & Excise, a professional singer and dancer, an Eisteddfod winner, and part of a famous stage show; Bill was also a teacher of Aerobics and Step, demonstrating a rare combination of creativity, discipline, and stage presence. While his professional focus transitioned to finance, his passion for the arts remains—he and his wife still ballroom dance two to three times a week and is an avid attendee of London’s top theatre productions.

Bill’s expertise in financial management and corporate structuring has been instrumental in shaping the financial strategy of Supplement Factory and its wider investment portfolio. With nearly a decade at Supplement Factory, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution, helping educate and mentor CEO Lee Smith on all aspects of finance, business operations, and scalable growth strategies.

With a strong background in large-scale manufacturing, Bill’s career has included key leadership roles in global manufacturing entities, from spectrometers to medical devices to toothpaste tubes! His ability to bridge technical understanding with financial oversight has made him an indispensable asset to Supplement Factory and the Forza Group’s portfolio of investments.
