Starting his career as a Technical Assistant in the Quality Department, Sean’s rapid progression within just five years is a testament to his dedication, expertise, and leadership. Working under the mentorship of the Group Technical Director, he honed his skills while balancing both a full-time role and an apprenticeship, demonstrating an exceptional work ethic and commitment to continuous learning. His experience includes overseeing BRCGS food safety and supporting NSF and Medical Device audits, ensuring that Supplement Factory consistently meets and exceeds industry-leading compliance standards.
One of Sean’s most significant achievements has been building a brand-new Product Development Department from the ground up. Within a year, he established a team that now actively contributes to the company’s revenue, bridging the gap between technical excellence and commercial success. Additionally, he has led the company through various external audits single-handedly, reinforcing Supplement Factory’s unwavering commitment to quality and compliance.
His leadership and technical acumen led to his appointment as a Business Partner in the Forza Group, solidifying his role in shaping the future of the company. Looking ahead, Sean aspires to follow in Greg’s footsteps as Technical Director, driving innovation, compliance, and product excellence across Supplement Factory and SF Pet Nutrition.
