While we operate as a limited company, the term “business partner” has been deliberately chosen to reflect the significance of their roles; akin to the structure found in leading professional practices. Their contributions have been pivotal to the company’s success, and their promotions come with enhanced packages to acknowledge their leadership, strategic input and unwavering commitment to Supplement Factory’s continued growth.

Sean Penrose: A Technical Leader

Sean joined Supplement Factory over eight years ago, bringing with him an exceptional technical skill set that has been instrumental in the company’s growth. Throughout his tenure, Sean has demonstrated technical excellence, leadership and innovation, helping to shape the quality and compliance of our products.

Sean has led numerous international audits and managed unannounced in-house inspections, ensuring the highest standards across all aspects of production. He has also played a key role in the development of some of the most recognisable supplements sold in the UK and EU.

One of Sean’s standout achievements has been the successful launch of a new formulation service, which exceeded its revenue target by 200%. This accomplishment highlights his ability to drive innovation and commercial success.

As a protégé of Greg Burnard, Group Technical Director, Sean has consistently demonstrated his value. His promotion to business partner reflects his deep impact on the company’s technical excellence, and we look forward to his continued leadership.

Nadine Nicholson: A Business Development Powerhouse

Nadine’s journey with Supplement Factory began nearly five years ago as a Sales and Business Assistant. Since then, she has rapidly ascended through the ranks, consistently delivering exceptional results and demonstrating strategic leadership.

As Senior Business Development Manager, Nadine has played a crucial role in managing key client portfolios and spearheading our expansion into over 25 international markets. Her expertise in export regulations, product registrations and international sales has been a driving force behind Supplement Factory’s growing global presence.

Her commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex business landscapes have earned her the trust of senior board members. Her promotion to business partner is a recognition of her outstanding contributions, ensuring she continues to shape the commercial direction and growth of the company.
